Thanks, Deb. Yvonne Gifford came to our celiac support group meeting last year to describe her GlutenFreeda cooking magazine and advertise her new frozen cooky dough. I loved her speech about preparing simple, healthy gluten free foods from organic, natural ingredients which don't cost a bundle. I suspect her online magazine offers similar recipe ideas. I plan to take advantage of that free 3 month offer.

THANK YOU for posting this!!! I can't believe how much stuff is on that site. And I've barely looked at anything.

The Online Cooking Classes Archives has me sitting here with my mouth hanging open -- Homemade pasta? Wonton skins? Pastry dough? Phyllo dough???

I can't WAIT to try some of this stuff.
