Hi, all!
I´m in Santander, Spain working for 6 weeks (3 more to go) and i just want to report that if I didn´t have the best man in the world waiting on me at home and a cat whom i also miss terribly, i would just up and move here for this bakery!
You place your order during the week by Thursday at 8pm and then pick up your stuff on Friday. They even take the bread by the town hall to test it and make sure it´s gluten-free. They have everything from cakes to empanadas, and I´m picking up my BIRTHDAY CAKE on Monday!! i can´t wait!!! Just wanted to report on this, with people who appreciate it!
I´ve missed you guys!

Thank you so much! The cake was absolutely wonderful!!! It had a texture like tiramisu and the icing was really creamy.... ahhhhh.... my host mom and i finished it off today.. we couldn´t stay out of it! the pizza crusts were nice too, we ate those for dinner last night. my host mom says she´s going to order cake from this bakery even when i´m not here anymore (and she doesn´t have to eat gluten-free!).
