Just read this book at Barnes & Noble. It was just released this week. The author was diagnosed with celiac several years ago when she was in her 30's. She is passionate about food, and the recipes and such look scrumptious. We're talking fine cuisine here...
Her (relatively new) husband is a Chef in Seattle, and is not celiac, but is now doing a lot of gluten-free cooking at the restaurant. It would be a wonderful place to eat if you are out there. Unfortunately, I'm on the opposite coast.
She has a website (don't know how to make this a link) glutenfreegirl.com.
