I just popped positive! ohmy.gif

I'm very early, 4 weeks along today, and I haven't gone to the dr yet. Even when I do, I don't think I'm going to use the prenatals they hand out at the mtf clinic I go to.

I need a high quality, gluten free multi with no artificial sweeteners or other junk. Any recommendations?

Costco's vitamins say "no yeast or gluten" right on the label (ususally on one of the upper corners of the label). Congratulations!

Congratulations! smile.gif I take the Twin Labs Multi - in the first trimester I did the one without iron and I've now switched to the ones with Iron. They are supposed to be very allergy friendly. I had a hard time finding a prenatal I could tolerate so my nutritioinist has me on these. I also take the Cal/Mag. from Twin Labs.

Congratulations. Every Nature Made brand vitamin I have checked says "No Gluten" in addition to a number of other things. This might be a brand to check out. As usual, check the ingredients on the particular viatmin you want to use.
