Any experts in Houston really good with testing and annual follow up? I have found gastro MD's that were great in the diagnostic side, but the follow up with lifestyle management or monitoring of iron or other levels has been lacking. Any help out there? I have found that many of the MD's think the interest in a gluten free diet is for fanatics and not that big of a deal.

Dr. Osborne is a Chiropractor, but is also the only board certified nutritionist in Ft. Bend County. He is big into testingfor nutritional deficiencies and monitoring progress. He has completely turned my life around in the past year.
