We're hoping to go to either Copper Mtn or Vail in March, and we'd like to enroll our 5 yr old celiac in ski school.

Has anyone had any experience with kids' ski school and gluten-free eating in either place? The all-day lessons include lunch, and I'm fine to send lunch with her if no options are available, but I'm not sure the ski school will accomodate. I will certainly check, but I'm curious if anyone has any experience with this at either place - I couldn't find anything on the web, even in this forum.

Thanks!

We just went skiing at Mission Ridge in Washington. We had the chili for lunch, and some of us used our gluten-free bread to sop it up. Couldn't have the fries. There might be something your child can eat; you ought to be able to call ahead to make enquiries.
