Hi - I'm a newly diagnosised celiac, and have been gluten free for almost 3 months. I am looking for a new doctor, one more familiar with this condition, and one who has a good balance between eastern and western medicine. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. I live in Portland, Oregon.
