How do doctors usually do this? What are the most effective/accurate tests?
Thanks.
Maybe... we'll see. On one hand, I don't want to go through the trouble of cutting out gluten only to have the results comprimised by another food intolerance. But I also really don't want to give up dairy! Especially without even knowing if I have to. Maybe I'll wait for a few weeks after I give up gluten and then cut out dairy for a week or two and then reintroduce it and see what happens. Or maybe I'll just end up getting the enterolab test done. Or maybe I'll do the enterolab test for my son (may need to anyways) and if he's casein intolerant, I'll give up dairy with him. Yeah, that sounds like a plan.
