My wife, daugther and I are visiting my wife's grandparents in Naples, Florida the first week of February.
It is the first trip with my daughter since she was diagnosed with Celiac and since we started the gluten-free diet.

The change has been so great and she is doing so well, than I am very worried about gluten in the trip.

As we are going to a new house, new kitchen and first time out in a restaurant, I don't know what to do to minimize the risk of my daughter ingesting some gluten.

Never thought that leaving my house will take me so deeply out of my comfort zone.

Any suggestions as to how to minimize the risk? where to go in Naples?
