I'm not too worried about it, b/c I plan on bringing plenty of my own stuff, but does anyone have experience with this airline's food?

I don't know about this airline in particular. If available, I order the gluten free meal. I have had fairly good luck with the gluten free meals on other airlines. I also bring along plenty of food just in case the meal is questionable or does not make it on the plane (yes, this has happened).
The airline website or customer service maybe able to give you an idea of what to expect the meal will be.
Have a super trip

I got the food, not memorable, but not bad. Just make sure you remind the stewards/stewardesses when you get on that you requested the gluten free meal. There was a bit of a mix up with mine, but ended up okay.
If I hadn't reminded them, I would have lost my meal.
Good luck!
