I just bought a bottle

Does anybody take it?

Thanks!

I take it and give it to my kids whenever we have a canker sore, cold sore or any mouth problem. It speeds tissue repair and I swear it cuts cold sore time by more than half. I don't take it regularly though, I bet its good for lots of other things too. I think I will read up on it.

What made you decide to try it?

Thanks for your reply!

I am sufering from shredding skin on my lips and I was hoping it would help since it supports your immune system and skin and basically cold sores ( which I also get during stress)

It's great for fever blisters and it also helped me to feel better.
I read it's not good to take a single amino acid for too long.

My family has always taken it when we feel ill or run down. It helps us battle cold and canker sores too. The doctors gave us all these fancy perscriptions for cold sores, but my mom and I found L-Lysine works the best. It is a miracle worker for me!
