Has anyone here had problems with combining Murphy Oil Soap and Simple Green carpet cleaner? I was cleaning the house yesterday and had a bad reaction after I used the Simple Green carpet cleaner on old stuck glue on the edge of the vinyl flooring while washing the floor with Murphys. It worked like a champ, however my neck got whacked and then my whole body was achey all night; head to toe I was sore all over all my pressure points. Horrific headache! Despite doing yoga and taking anti-toxic herbs (though these things helped...). Could not sleep of course til very late due to the pain.

Finally stirred at 2:30 PM and then only actually felt like getting up around 4:30 PM this afternoon and ate. Am better now but drained. Felt like a terrific hangover withut the benefit of alcohol.

I tried to read about it on the Internet but found nothing except not to mix Murphy's with ammonia. No real info on Simple Green except that its supposed to be non toxic and bio-degradable.

I have used Murphys' and Simple Green for years with no conscious ill effect though with all the headachs from whatnot I have had in the past who knows... However that has not happened to me in a great while. This really threw me for a loop! Any comments out there?
