Hello. We stumbled upon this AMAZING restaurant in Naples, Florida last week while on vacation. It is called Food and Thought. Everything on their menu is organic and most of their dishes are gluten free. They even had two gluten free soups...I can never order soup in a restaurant. It is a counter service, casual place. The food was fantastic. The restaurant is located inside their little organic market. Everything in the market is organic as well and they had a lot of great gluten-free foods there too. I actually live here in Naples, and honestly didn't know it existed!!!!! I'm SO excited to go and try it. I even read that they do not use soy oil, that's fabulous! Thank you for letting everyone know.

You're welcome! We ate at another good restaurant in Naples also. They have a very extensive gluten-free menu with homemade gluten-free pasta that they make on the premises. After eating there I had some concerns about cross contamination issues as one of my daughters (three of us have celiac) had a reaction. But, here is the info in case you want to give it a try:
