I went yesterday for lunch. The people were awesome. They brought out their gluten free menu for me 3 times just to make sure what I ordered was right and gluten free. There was a manger there named Nick who was so caring and wanted to make sure I had a great meal and did not get sick. I am truly impressed and they only opened on Monday!!!
I had a grilled chicken ceasar salad with ceasar dressing and their stuffed baked potato with bacon, parsley, mashed potatoes, cheese and sour cream. Everything was delicious and I can't wait to go again. As far as I know it is the first restaurant in this area that truly knows what gluten free is and made sure I got the food just the way I wanted it!

Glad to hear your Chili's has good gluten-free knowledge. I have just sworn off Chili's. I have gotten sick from them, had to return food more times than not, etc. At this point I just do not trust any Chili's and will go just about anywhere to avoid theplace. We went over the weekend. My burger came out right, but the sides were wrong. My daughters entire meal had to be sent back. Nothing was cooked right. Still, she got sick and so did I. This has happened in numerous Chili's in the South East, so I swear off of them for life!

My Chili's has been wonderful. I have been very happy with their celiac knowledge. The other night when I was there, I ordered my usual and said off the gluten free menu. The waitress took out the gluten free menu out of her apron and double checked to make sure what I ordered was safe.
