Hi all. I'm very new to this so I'm just getting used to it. I'm a 23 year old from Boston who has never really felt well and always just thought it was nerves or something else. I got a blood test that came back "mildly positive" for celiacs disease because I finally decided to run a ton of tests to figure out why I haven't felt well for about 10 years. I started the gluten-free diet and it has been up and down. I still don't feel well sometimes and don't know what it is that I am eating that is making me sick. I also don't know exactly what it feels like to be "glutened" because I think I just confuse it with not feeling well. If anyone could explain what it feels like to them that would be great! I'm also not a fan of my doctor so if anyone has one that they love in the Boston area that would be great as well. Any and all information I will take because I love to bake and I miss doing that as well... I also miss beer... of course. Its tough being a single 23 year old female who can't eat pizza and drink beer anymore!!
Thanks for everyone's posts as well, they have been helpful when trying to find things quickly!
