We've been gluten-free for almost a month. DD's sleep has improved among other things. The other day my husband gave her Mc. Donald's fries. Later I called the company and they said they have wheat in them. That night she was crazy. Wouldn't sleep, night terrors, just plain wild. Does that sound like she was glutened by the fries, or is it a coincidence?

It doesn't sound like coincidence to me.

Sounds like a glutening, especially since you know she ate wheat.
