So, I'm really going to do it. I'm so tired of being sick all the time! My question is, a lot of the websites I've read suggest using a lot of rice products in the diet. I thought that rice was one to avoid?
Also, if anyone has anything to recommend as far as literature or a guide, I'd love that. Right now, I'm modifying a couple of lists that I've found online - some too inclusive (beans and broccoli - I KNOW I can't eat those), and some maybe too extreme for me, unless I don't start feeling better.
