We think my 7 yr old son has Celiac. His many symptoms went away on a gluten free diet. When he has gluten it seems he always gets fever and sore throat. Anyone else experience this.

I don't get a sore throat from gluten, but I do run a low grade fever the first day or two of a reaction. I believe it's the immune response that would cause it.

Yes, my dd also runs a fever after a glutening. She has gone as high as 104, and it usually starts a couple of days after the accident.
