Hi Wendy,

I would call the company and ask--the 2 ingredients I bolded could be derived from wheat.

thanks I will call Monday.
I hope I didn't make a huge mistake in not thinking of this....

The safest way for me to go is to choose brands that state on the bottle whether their products as gluten free or not. I know NOW and NatureMade both will clearly say on the bottle if the product is gluten free. I believe there are a couple other brands that do, like GNC, but I tend to stick with NOW and NatureMade.

Thank you for your thoughts. I did call the company and they are gluten-free. Thank goodness. I also have switched to Nature Made for a lot of things. I also buy Sam's club ones that say Gluten Free right on the label.. So much to think about that is why I am so thankful for all of you. I read almost all the new posts. I don't reply much because I don't feel knowledgeable enough but reading is such a huge help. Thank you all!
