I'm planning a trip to D.C. next week and will be attending a conference at the convention center. Does anyone out there know of a reliable gluten-free restaurant? I'll be staying at the Georgetown Marriott (with a Whole Foods close by), and would like to know if I can safely eat out. I'm very sensitive to gluten and don't want to turn a 5-day business trip into an uncomfortable stay.
