is this something a doctor can do or order from bloodwork or something else?

I'm still getting sick after eating and extreme gas. I'm riding off one borderline IGA level for having celiac. So far no improvements on the diet (3 weeks). I keep thinking if I truly had Celiac or a wheat issue, something would feel better by now because otherwise I wouldn't have it and the diet wouldn't be working.

Yes, there are blood tests for food allergies. There are also skin tests.... the scratch test and the intradermal testing. The latter are not fun, but not really a huge deal.

I've had all three different types of allergy tests. However, I've still been unsuccessful at getting my allergist to do a "full food panel" because it's extremely expensive and he thinks it's pointless. Although, they did do a full RAST (blood) food panel on my 2 year old, before his first birthday... as he was reacting to *everything.*
