I'm walking thru the frozen food area of Fred Meyer natural food section, a bright wrapper caught my eye "GLUTEN FREE COOKIE DOUGH" I thought it was a joke. Plus it was on sale. I bought that and the peanut butter zig zag. My dh and dd LOVED the cookie dough (which I thought she'd never be able to eat again) and I thought the PB was TDF! There's a paragraph on the side of the carton that tells about their practice and testing to make sure any product labeled gluten-free remains gluten-free without any contamination. It's not totally low-cal, but it's less that most premium ice cream!!
